姜良铎教授治疗哮喘用药规律的聚类分析

Cluster Analysis of the Drug Regularity of Professor Jiang Liangduo in Treating Asthma

目的探讨姜良铎教授治疗支气管哮喘常用药物的配伍规律。方法以2003年3月至2019年9月姜良铎教授门诊的支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,选取治疗有效病例,对处方中常用药物进行聚类分析并探索其用药、配伍规律。结果姜良铎教授治疗支气管哮喘使用率最高的药物分别为黄芩、白芍、麻黄、赤芍、杏仁、五味子、柴胡、贝母。按照聚类分析的方法常用药物可分为5类:宣肺定喘、补气祛风类;补脾益肾、益气养阴类;通调气机、肝肺同治类;肺胃同治类;滋阴清肺类。结论姜良铎教授治疗支气管哮喘用药注重通调气机、祛风散邪、培补正气、肝肺胃同治等理念,在治疗中兼顾肝、胃、气机、痰瘀等因素的重要作用,并将平肝和胃、调畅三焦气机、化痰祛瘀等方法应用于哮喘的治疗中。

Objective:To investigate the compatibility of common drugs used to treat bronchial asthma(BA)by Prof.Jiang Liangdou.Methods:Asthmatic patients attending the outpatient clinic of Prof.Jiang Liangdou from March 2003 to September 2019 were selected as the treatment effective cases.Their common drugs for the treatment of BA were clustered and their medication and compatibility rules were explored.Results:the most frequently used drugs to treat bronchial asthma were Huang qi,Baishao,Mahuang,Chishao,Xingren,Wuweizi,Chaihu,Beimu.According to the methods of cluster analysis,the common drugs can be divided into five categories:ventilating lung qi for dyspnea,and benefiting qi for dispelling pathogenic wind,reinforcing kidney and spleen,tonifying qi and yin,regulating qi and the body,treating liver and lung,treating lung and stomach,nourishing yin and clearing away the lung-heat.Conclusion:Professor Jiang Liangduo’s treatment of bronchial asthma focuses on the concepts of regulating qi,dispelling wind and eliminating pathogenic factors,cultivating and replenishing qi,and treating the liver,lungs and stomach at the same time.In the treatment of asthma,he takes into account the important role of liver,stomach,qi mechanism,phlegm and blood stasis.The methods of calming the liver and stomach,regulating qi of Sanjiao,and removing phlegm and blood stasis are used in the treatment of asthma.
