腕踝针联合塞来昔布治疗腰椎融合术后疼痛临床观察

Wrist-ankle Acupuncture Combined with Celecoxib in the Treatment of Postoperative Pain after Lumbar Fusion

目的观察腕踝针联合塞来昔布治疗腰椎融合术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法将50例患者作为研究对象,根据术后镇痛方案的不同分为两组,对照组25例患者使用塞来昔布,观察组25例患者在塞来昔布的基础上再联合腕踝针治疗,比较两组的VAS疼痛评分、JOA评分、术后自控镇痛泵使用药量、并发症发生率。结果术后1、2、3d对照组与观察组VAS疼痛评分均较术后有改善(P<0.05),但观察组VAS疼痛评分改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05),观察组与对照组两组镇痛泵使用药量随时间变化的趋势相同,观察组镇痛泵使用药量下降趋势较对照组更加显著,两组JOA评分均有改善,但观察组改善更为明显,观察组相较于对照组不良反应发生率更低。结论腕踝针疗法联合塞来昔布在缓解患者腰椎融合术后疼痛、改善组织功能、减少镇痛泵药物使用量、减少不良反应发生率方面具有一定的优势。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with celecoxib in the treatment of pain after lumbar fusion.Methods:50 patients were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the different postoperative analgesia programs.25 patients in the control group were treated with celecoxib,and 25 patients in the observation group were treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture on the basis of celecoxib.The VAS pain score,JOA score,postoperative self-control analgesic pump dosage,complication rate were compared between the two group.Results:The difference in VAS scores at different time points was statistically significant.The VAS pain scores of the control group and the observation group were improved at 1,2,and 3 d after surgery,but the VAS pain scores of the observation group improved more significantly than the control group.The analgesic pumps used in the two groups showed the same trend over time.The decrease in the analgesic pumps used in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group.The JOA scores of both groups improved,but the observation group improved more significantly.Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group.Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with celecoxib has certain advantages in alleviating postoperative pain.It can improve tissue function,reduce the dosage of analgesic pump drugs,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
