兰炭基光催化剂制备及其光催化转化CO_(2)性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了缓解榆林市支柱产业兰炭生产过程中伴随产生的兰炭粉末所造成的环境问题,同时实现二氧化碳资源化利用,以兰炭为原料,采用等体积浸渍法制备了系列负载型兰炭基光催化剂,通过XRD、SEM、BET等对催化剂进行表征和分析,通过气相色谱研究光照时间、催化剂添加量等对光催化转化CO_(2)性能的影响。结果表明,兰炭具有一定的光催化性能,添加量为1 g/L时,反应12 h后,甲醇的产率可达18.35μmol/g·cat;负载CuO后,其光催化性能大幅提升,当负载量为2%时,相同条件下甲醇的产率可达41.65μmol/g·cat,是兰炭作为光催化时甲醇产率的2.23倍。 A large amount of semi-coke powders are produced in the process of semi-coke production,which is not only difficult to use,but also cause serious environmental pollution.Therefore,the study proposes that semi-coke as photocatalyst are used for photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2),which can not only convert CO_(2) to high value-added chemical fuels,but also broaden utilization of semi-coke and ease environmental issue caused by semi-coke powder.Herein,a series of supported semi-coke based photocatalysts are prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method.The structure,morphology and element composition of the samples are analyzed by XRD and SEM.The effect of illumination time,dosage of semi-coke and other factors on the photocatalysis of CO_(2)/H2O to synthesize methanol are studied.The results show that semi-coke has a better photocatalytic performance.When the addition of semi-coke is 1.0 g/L,the yield of methanol is up to 18.35μmol/g·cat under irradiation for 12 h.The yield of product methanol is up to 41.65μmol/g·cat using CuO/Semicoke as photocatalyst under illumination for 12 h,copper is 2.0%and the catalyst dosage is 1.0 g/L,which is 2.27 times that of pure semi-coke under the same conditions.
