摘要 2020年5月教育部发布了《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,要求所有高校、所有教师、所有课程都承担好育人责任。而作为课堂教学供给侧角色的教师则需具备良好的育人素质,包括丰富的理论知识、深厚的文化内涵、高尚的道德情操和润物无声、春风化雨的教学技巧,且做到学高身正才能更好地落实课程思政教学改革,承担好立德树人责任。本文从对课程思政的认识、落实中的困难、存在的常见问题等方面进行了分析和探索,并构建了“两个主体一个环节”的课程思政教学模型,提出了量规和实践两种考核方法,并在教学实践进行检验,取得了一定的效果。 In May 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the guiding outline for ideological and political construction in colleges and universities,requiring all colleges and universities,all teachers and all courses to bear the responsibility of education.As the supply side role of teaching,teachers need to have good educational quality,including rich theoretical knowledge,profound cultural connotation,noble moral sentiment and teaching skills.Only by being upright can they better implement the teaching reform and bear the responsibility of building morality and cultivating people.This paper analyzes and explores the understanding and difficulties in implementation and common problems of ideological and political education,constructs the model of“two subjects and one link”,puts forward two assessment methods of gauge and practice,tests them in teaching practice,and achieves certain results.
