Countermeasures for the reconstruction of designated hospitals for the treatment of patients with COVID-19

目的探讨新冠肺炎患者救治定点医院、定点病区的改建对策。方法通过梳理新冠肺炎患者救治定点医院、定点病区建筑布局要求,探讨新冠肺炎患者救治定点医院与定点病区的改建模式、改建步骤和注意事项。结果新冠肺炎患者救治定点医院与定点病区按照呼吸道传染病的建筑布局要求和新冠肺炎疾病流行暴发的状态,合理选择定点医院。充分考虑原建筑布局、暖通、医疗流程等因素,可选三区两通道模式和两区两通道模式,进行因时因地的改建。结论新冠肺炎定点医院、定点病区、发热门诊的改建,需根据呼吸道传染病防控的要求,结合被改建医院现有的建筑与布局特点灵活设计和改造,体现一院一案,使之符合预防患者和医务人员感染的要求。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the countermeasures for the reconstruction of designated hospitals and designated wards for patients with COVID-19. METHODS By sorting out the architectural layout requirements of designated hospitals or designated wards for the treatment of patients with COVID-19, to study the reconstruction model, reconstruction steps and precautions of designated hospitals and designated wards for the treatment of patients with COVID-19. RESULTS The designated hospitals and designated wards for the treatment of patients with COVID-19 should be rationally selected according to the architectural layout requirements of respiratory infectious diseases and the state of the outbreak of COVID-19. It was necessary to fully consider factors such as the original architectural layout, heating, ventilation, and medical procedures, and choose the three-zone two-channel mode and two-zone two-channel mode. The reconstructions should be carried out in time and place. CONCLUSION The reconstruction of designated hospitals, designated wards, and fever clinics for COVID-19 must be flexibly designed and modified according to the requirements for the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases, combined with the existing architectural and layout characteristics of the hospital being rebuilt, and reflect the case of one hospital, thereby meeting the requirements of preventing infection of patients and medical staff.
