新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)导致的肺炎疫情给全球人民健康带来了严重威胁,已成为国际突发公共卫生事件。目前,有各种检测SARS-CoV-2的诊断试剂盒可供使用,以更快地启动适当治疗,并限制病毒的进一步传播,某些药物已在体外证明了抗SARS-CoV-2的活性或潜在的临床效益,此外,经过世界各地医疗卫生机构的不懈努力,已开发出多种安全有效的疫苗,但欧美国家的疫情仍十分严峻。本文通过阅读相关文献资料,整理了目前有关新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的病原学特点、临床表现、辅助检查及治疗方面的最新进展,以期指导帮助应对当前COVID-19大流行的战略。

The pneumonia epidemic caused by the new coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)had posed a serious threat to the health of people around the world and had become an international public health emergency.At present,various diagnostic kits for detecting SARS-CoV-2were available to initiate appropriate treatment more quickly and limit the further spread of the virus.Several drugs had proven their anti-SARS-CoV-2activity in vitro or potential clinical benefits.In addition,through the tirelessly efforts of medical and health institutions around the world,a variety of safe and effective vaccines had been developed.However,the epidemic situations in Europe and the United States was still very serious.This article had compiled the latest developments in the etiological characteristics,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examination,and treatment of COVID-19by reading relevant literature,so as to guide the strategy to help respond to the current COVID-19pandemic.
