Hp感染与胃癌癌组织中MLK1和HER-2及Ki-67表达及肿瘤局部浸润的相关性 被引量:8

Correlation between Hp infection and the expression of MLK1,HER-2and Ki-67in gastric cancer tissue and local tumor invasion

摘要 目的分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与胃癌组织中混合性谱系激酶-1(MLK1)、人表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)、Ki-67表达及肿瘤局部浸润的关系。方法收集2016年11月-2019年11月常州市第七人民医院78例胃癌患者手术切除的癌组织及24例相应癌旁正常胃黏膜组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测上述标本中MLK1、HER-2及Ki-67蛋白表达情况;收集患者临床资料,分析Hp感染与MLK1、HER-2及Ki-67蛋白表达及胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果78例胃癌患者中,Hp感染阳性58例(74.36%),胃癌患者Hp感染与肿瘤局部浸润深度、临床分期和淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。胃癌癌组织中MLK1、HER-2、Ki-67蛋白阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织(P均<0.05)。胃癌患者MLK1、Ki-67阳性表达率与肿瘤局部浸润深度、临床分期以及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05);HER-2阳性表达率与性别、年龄、肿瘤局部浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度、肿瘤部位均无相关性。Hp阳性组的MLK1、Ki-67蛋白阳性表达率均高于Hp阴性组(P均<0.05);Hp感染与癌组织中MLK1、Ki-67蛋白表达呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论Hp感染与胃癌癌组织中MLK1、Ki-67表达呈正相关,Hp感染可能通过促进MLK1、Ki-67表达促进胃癌浸润和发展。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and the expression of mixed lineage kinase-1(MLK1),human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)and Ki-67in gastric cancer tissue and local tumor invasion.METHODS The surgically resected cancer tissues from 78patients with gastric cancer and 24cases of corresponding para-cancerous normal gastric mucosal tissues in Changzhou No.7 People′s Hospital from Mar.2015to Mar.2017were collected.The expression of MLK1,HER-2and Ki-67protein were detected by immunohistochemistry.The clinical data of patients were collected,and the relationship between Hp infection and the expression of MLK1,HER-2and Ki-67protein,and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer patients was analyzed.RESULTS Among the 78patients with gastric cancer,there were 58(74.36%)cases with Hp positive infection.Hp infection was positively correlated with the depth of local tumor invasion,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of MLK1,HER-2and Ki67in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in the adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of MLK1or Ki67in gastric cancer tissues was positively correlated with the depth of local tumor invasion,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There was no correlation between the positive expression rate of HER-2and gender,age,depth of local tumor invasion,clinical staging,lymph node metastasis,differentiation degree and tumor location.The positive expression rate of MLK1and Ki-67in the Hp-positive group was significantly higher than that in the Hp-negative group(P<0.05).Hp infection was positively correlated with the expression of MLK1and Ki-67proteins in cancer tissues(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Hp infection was positive correlated with MLK1and Ki-67expression in cancer tissues,which may promote the infiltration and development of gastric cancer by promoting the expression of MLK1and Ki-67.
