湖北省抗生素带量采购情况分析

Analysis of the Volume-based Procurement of Antibiotics in Hubei Province of China

从哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠注射剂、左氧氟沙星注射剂等几类药物基本情况、采购细则、结果几个方面对湖北省首批药品集中带量采购实施细则进行分析,制定了《武汉市集中带量采购中选药品约定采购量分解办法》,明确了减少原有品种更替,充分体现"以量换价、量价挂钩"的原则,为抗生素的带量采购工作提供参考,此次带量采购达到了预期降幅,降低了患者负担,促进医务人员合理用药,保护了患者的用药权益。

The implementation rules of centralized procurement of the first batch of drugs in Hubei province were analyzed from the basic situation,bargaining rules and results of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection and levofloxacin sodium injection and other types of drugs, the measures for decomposition of procurement quantity of selective drugs in Wuhan Centralized volume-based procurement was formulated, which clearly reduces the replacement of original varieties and fully embodies the principle of "The quantity-exchange-lower price and purchase with certain large quantity", providing a reference for the volume-based procurement of antibiotics. The volume-based procurement reached the expected drop, reduced the burden of patients,promoted the rational use of drugs by medical personnel, and protected the medication rights and interests of patients.
