摘要
某风力发电机塔筒钢板在压制成筒形过程中发生开裂。通过宏观观察、断口分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验及低倍检验等方法对风力发电机塔筒钢板的开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:钢板板坯上存在裂纹类的缺陷,在加热炉中发生了氧化和脱碳,经过轧制后形成了折叠裂纹。在随后的钢板压制成筒形过程中,钢板外弧表面受到拉应力作用而发生开裂。
The steel plate of a wind turbine tower cracked during pressing process into a cylinder.The cracking causes of wind turbine tower steel plate were analyzed by means of macro observation,fracture analysis,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic inspection and low magnification inspection.The results show that there were defects such as cracks on the steel slab,oxidation and decarburization occurred in the heating furnace,and folding cracks were formed after rolling.In the subsequent pressing process into a cylinder,the outer arc surface of the steel plate was cracked under the action of tensile stress.
