摘要
绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是由绝经引起的卵巢衰退,雌激素分泌下降导致的骨质疏松症。由于骨量、骨密度及骨强度均有所降低,使骨的脆性增高,加大了骨折的危险性,严重影响绝经后妇女的生活质量。目前对PMOP的发病机制已经从多方面得到阐释,但仍未完全研究清楚。该文通过查询国内外相关文献,从肠道菌群、铁代谢等多个角度对PMOP的发病机制研究进展进行阐述,以期为进一步科学研究理清思路。
Postmenopausal osteoporosis is caused by decreased ovarian function and decreased estrogen secretion due to menopause.The main manifestations are the reduction of bone mass per unit volume,the degradation of bone tissue microstructure,the reduction of bone mineral density,and the weakening of bone strength,resulting in increased bone fragility and increased fracture risk,which greatly affect the quality of life in postmenopausal women.At present,the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis has been explained from many aspects,but it is still not fully studied.Therefore,this article summarizes the research progress of the disease in recent years,and links the pathogenesis of different aspects to further explain the occurrence and development mechanism of postmenopausal osteoporosis,hoping to clarify ideas for further scientific research.
