健康协同治理:服务提供、健康政策和社会参与

Collaborative Governance for Health:Service Delivery,Health Policy and Society Participation

健康中国战略建设是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,是一项复杂的系统性工程,需要构建良好的协同治理体系加以推进。文章基于协同治理理论,构建健康协同治理模型,区分了服务提供、健康政策、社会参与3个子系统,分析了子系统内部与子系统之间协同关系构建的关键问题,并进行总结与进一步讨论。

Implementing the Healthy China Strategy,an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,which is a complex and systematic project requiring a well-organized collaborative governance system.Based on the collaborative governance theory,it constructs a health collaborative governance theoretical framework,distinguishes three subsystems of service provision,health policy and society participation,and analyzes the key issues of the collaborative relationship construction within and between subsystems,and makes a summary and further discussions.
