课程思政关系到学生的思想健康发展、关系到国家的长治久安。外语学习直接面对中西文化的交际碰撞、中西思想的交锋交融、中西未来的合作共赢,通过课程思政培养出心怀祖国、放眼世界、融通未来的全面发展的人才正是现代教育的目的,也是国家发展的保障。三维模式的公共外语课程思政建设就是通过党建工作来引领课程思政建设,通过学校、学院、系部多方联动合力推进课程思政,通过教师"引进来"和"走出去"的互动、监管和示范功能构筑全面的保障体系和支撑机制。

Course + ideological and political education is a channel to instill correct values into college students, so it is important for the prolonged stability of our country. Foreign language curricula should be emphasized because foreign languages bridge the communication between Chinese and Western cultures, the exchange of Chinese and Western thoughts, and the future cooperation and win-win situation between China and the West. It is the purpose of modern education and the guarantee of national development to produce fully-developed talents who care for the motherland and have a global and forward-looking vision through course + ideological and political education. The three-dimensional pattern-based public foreign language course + ideological and political education is to lead the ideological and political construction of courses through party building, to promote course + ideological and political education through the joint efforts of schools, colleges, and departments, and to build a comprehensive guarantee system and supporting mechanism through the interaction, supervision, and demonstration functions of teachers under the "bringing in" and "going out" theme.
