高中生自尊、成就动机与职业价值观的关系研究

摘要 近几年来,随着高校的扩招,毕业生人数的增加使得大学生的就业问题越来越严峻,从而造成很多高中生对于自己择业观存在或多或少迷茫的现象。目前对于高中生职业价值观问题,国内研究还非常少,因此我们有必要着手对高中生的职业价值观进行研究,以便较早地对高中生进行职业价值观教育,为他们日后的成功就业奠定基础。此研究采用发放问卷的方法对高中生自尊、成就动机与职业价值观三者之间的关系进行了调查,通过调查发现自尊与成就动机有显著性相关,成就动机与职业价值观中成就实现、社会促进、轻松稳定因素有显著相关。根据调查结果为教育者和家长重视高中生职业价值观教育提出对策性建议。 With the enrollment expansion and the increase in the number of graduates, the college students are struggling to find a job, so many senior high school students are confused about their career. However, few researchers have engaged in the field of senior high school students’ occupational values. Therefore, it is necessary to study on senior high school students’ occupational values so the education on occupational values can be provided for the senior high school students, to get them prepared for a career in the future. We investigated the correlations among senior high school students’ self-esteem, achievement motive and occupational values by means of questionnaires. We found that there is a significant correlation between selfesteem and achievement motive, and there is a significant correlation between achievement motive and achievement realization,social promotion, and easier and stable jobs in professional values. Based on the results of the survey, we put forward with some specific suggestions for educators and parents to instill occupational values into senior high school students.
