摘要
填料式直接蒸发冷却可用于建筑的温湿度调节,具有节能环保的特点。喷淋水在填料表面所形成的液膜,可以拦截并带走空气中的颗粒物。虽然填料式直接蒸发冷却对颗粒物的净化效果可满足传统中效过滤器的过滤标准,但是其阻力低于传统初效过滤器的平均值。文中从填料材质、运行参数、结构尺寸、喷淋液等四个方面介绍了填料式直接蒸发冷却净化颗粒物性能的影响因素及国内外的研究现状,并对填料式直接蒸发冷却提高颗粒物净化效率发展方向做出了展望。
Filler-type direct evaporative cooling can be used for building temperature and humidity regulation,with the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection.The liquid film formed by the spray water on the surface of the filler can intercept and take away the particulate matter in the air.The filler-type direct evaporative cooling can meet the filtration standard of the traditional medium-efficiency filter,but its resistance is lower than the average of the traditional primary effect filter.In this paper,the influencing factors of the performance of filler-type direct evaporative cooling to purify particulate matter and the research status were introduced from the four aspects of filler material,operating parameters,structure size and spray liquid,and the development direction of filler-type direct evaporative cooling to improve the purification efficiency of particulate matter was forecamed.
