等离子旋转电极法制备3D打印用GH3536高温合金球形粉末

摘要 本文选用等离子旋转电极法制备了GH3536高温合金粉末,研究了电极棒的转速,等离子弧电流强度对粉末性能的影响。结果表明,粉末的粒度随转速的提高而减小,粒度主要集中在25~100μm,,通过扫描电子显微镜发现,粉末基本呈现球形,球形度可达到93%以上,可能满足3D打印的要求。 In this paper,GH3536 superalloy powder was prepared by the plasma rotating electrode process,and the influence of the speed of the electrode rod and the current intensity of the plasma arc on the properties of the powder was studied.The results showed that the particle size of the powder decreases with the increase of the rotation speed,and the particle size is mainly concentrated in 25~100μm.The scanning electron microscope found that the powder is basically spherical,and the sphericity can reach more than 93%,which can meet the requirements of 3D printing.
