辽东山区产辣蓼中3种黄酮类成分含量比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对辽东山区产的辣蓼中金丝桃苷、槲皮苷、槲皮素3种黄酮类成分含量进行测定和比较,为辣蓼药材的质量研究提供参考。方法采用HPLC法,Waters symmetry-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇(A)-乙腈(B)-0.3%H3PO4水溶液(C)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长360nm,柱温30℃。结果测得辽东山区内不同产地辣蓼药材中金丝桃苷含量在0.0576~0.4706mg·g^(-1)之间;槲皮苷含量在0.2742~1.9319mg·g^(-1)之间;槲皮素含量在0.0341~0.1655mg·g^(-1)之间;通过统计学检验可知,辽东山区与南方省区辣蓼药材在金丝桃苷与槲皮苷的含量上无显著性差异(P>0.05),辽东山区产辣蓼药材槲皮素含量极显著低于南方省份产辣蓼(P<0.01)。结论本研究通过对辽东山区产辣蓼中3种黄酮类成分含量的比较,可为辣蓼药材质量标准、种质资源评价及资源的开发利用提供科学依据。 OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of hyperoside,quercitrin and quercetin in Polygonii Herba from Liaoning eastern mountainous,and to provide reference for the quality study of Polygonii Herba.METHODS HPLC analysis was performed on a waters symmetry-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column,using gradient elution with methanol-acetonitrile-0.3%phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^(-1),and the detection wavelengths were set at 360nm,the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The content of hypericin in Polygonii Herba from different producing area in mountainous of eastern Liaoning was between 0.0576mg·g^(-1) and 0.4706mg·g^(-1);the content of quercitrin was between 0.2742mg·g^(-1) and 1.9319mg·g^(-1);the content of quercetin was between 0.0341mg·g^(-1) and 0.1655mg·g^(-1).There was no significant difference in the content of hyperoside and quercetin in Polygonii Herba between Liaoning eastern mountainous and the region of the Southern province(P>0.05).The content of quercetin in Polygonii Herba in Liaoning eastern mountainous were significantly lower than that in Southern provinces(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS By comparing the contents of 3 flavonoids in Polygonii Herba produced in mountainous of eastern Liaoning,this study could provide scientific basis for quality standard,germplasm resources evaluation and resources development and utilization of Polygonii Herba.
