摘要
高原地区因地势较高且自然气候较为复杂,其特殊的气候环境所引起的有机涂层老化失效会降低涂层对基体的防护,造成巨大的经济损失。本文通过对有机涂层在高原环境的服役特点进行了概述,重点量化分析了高原太阳辐射、热和温度、水和湿度以及地域性特征所引发的涂层光老化、热失效、水解失效以及风沙冲蚀等失效模式,为开展有机涂层环境适应性研究提供了理论研究基础和科学依据。
Due to the high terrain and complex natural climate in plateau region,the aging failure of organic coating caused by its special climate environment will reduce the protection of coating on substrate,resulting in huge economic losses.This article through to the service characteristics of plateau environment were summarized,the key of quantitative analysis of the plateau,the sun radiation,heat and temperature,water and humidity,and regional characteristic of optical coating aging,thermal failure,hydrolysis and failure modes,such as the sand for organic coating environment adaptability research provides the theoretical foundation and scientific basis.
