摘要
职学计划是提升香港职业技能人才培养质量的重要举措。文章立足职学计划的核心内容,分析了香港职业教育针对不同行业技能人才培养的实践举措,发现依据行业类型差异进行分类培养、企业深度参与人才培养实践、广泛推行技能评核再认证、注重打通专业发展通道等是香港职业技能人才培养获得成功的关键,对构建现代化职教体系有如下启示:建立分层分类的职业技能人才培养框架;发挥企业在技能人才培养中的主体作用;强化针对职业技能人才的考核评价工作;构建职业技能人才终身化职业教育体系。
The"Earn&Learn Plan"is an important measure to improve the quality of cultivating the skilled talents in Hong Kong.Based on the core content of the"Earn&Learn Plan",the article analyzes the practical measures of Hong Kong vocational education for the cultivation of skilled talents in different industries,and finds that it is the key to the success of Hong Kong's vocational skills training that the talents are classified and cultivated according to the differences in industry types,companies participate deeply in talent training practices,the skill assessment and reassessment extensively are implemented and the professional development channels is opened up.It holds the following enlightenment for the Mainland in the process of building a modern vocational education system:establishing a hierarchical and categorized vocational skills training framework;playing the main role of enterprises in the training of skilled talents;strengthening the assessment and evaluation of vocational skilled talents;building a lifelong vocational education system for vocational skilled talents.
