司法职业院校职业规划类课程实训体系探索

Exploration on the Practical Training System of Vocational Planning Courses in Judicial Vocational Colleges

职业规划类课程在实际教学上存在着重理论讲授,缺实训体验;重普适性传授,缺适用性内容;重理性论述考核,缺实景运用评估等共性问题。基于此,文章立足司法职业院校,深挖行业需求,探索职业规划类课程“3+X”课程实训体系,关联耦合课程内容与行业需求,在培养通识性人才基础之上,构建司法行业特需的职业意识与职业素养教学内容,为行业有针对性地输出合格且高素养的职场人。

There are some common problems in the practical teaching of Career Planning Courses.Firstly,paying attention to the theoretical teaching more than the practical training;secondly,paying attention to the basic education more than the targeted education;thirdly,paying attention to the theoretical examination more than the practical examination.Therefore,based on the Judicial Vocational College,this paper explores the needs of the industry for talents and the"3+X"practical training system.According to the need of curriculum content and the industry,the quality teaching content needed by judicial industry on the basis of training general talents is constructed to output qualified and high-quality professional talents for the industry.
