摘要
为了满足经济和社会发展需要,提高年轻人的技能,英国政府积极推动技术教育的发展,新设立技术学院是英国政府促进技术教育发展的新举措。通过对英国技术学院设立的原因、设立要求、特点等进行解读,对我国设立职业技术大学的启示主要有三点:政府投入为主,合作伙伴的额外支持为辅;围绕地方区域性,合理设置专业;以企业为主导,深化校企合作。
The establishment of institute of technology in England is the result of the combined effects of politics,economy and society.The article interpreted the reasons,the minimum requirements and the features of establishing institute of technology in England,and concluded that there are three main enlightenments for the establishment of vocational and technical universities in China:sufficient funds invested by the government and funded by partners,setting the majors reasonably according to the local industry,and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation with the enterprise as the leading factor.
