荔波唇柱苣苔抗寒性因子分析及影响评价

摘要 以荔波唇柱苦苣苔为试材,采用盆栽方式,进行不同程度的低温胁迫:T4(0℃,重度胁迫)、T3(5℃,中度胁迫)、T2(10℃,轻度胁迫)、T1(15℃,冬季平均温度),25℃为常温对照(CK),测定其渗透调节物、丙二醛含量和抗氧化物酶活性生理指标,研究其在不同低温胁迫下的抗寒性。以期通过温度调节,为其产业化生产及品种改良提供理论指导。结果显示,随着低温胁迫逐渐加重,渗透调节物质(SS、SP、PRO)、丙二醛(MDA)、抗氧化物酶活性(SOD、POD、CAT、APX)都呈上升趋势,在T2达到最大值,但在T3中度低温胁迫下,酶活性开始降低。综上所述,荔波唇柱苣苔能够通过增加渗透调节物质和抗氧化物酶活性来适应低温环境,若温度低于5℃,荔波唇柱苣苔植株将受到损伤。 Chirita liboensis was used as test materials,pot cultivation was adopted,and different levels of low temperature stress were performed:T4(0℃,severe stress),T3(5℃,moderate stress),T2(10℃,mild stress),T1(15℃,average temperature in winter),and CK(25℃,room temperature control group).The content of the osmotic regulators and malondialdehyde,and the antioxidant enzyme activity were determined to explore the cold resistance of Chirita liboensis under different levels of low temperature stress,so as to provide theoretical guidance for industrial production and variety improvement of Chirita liboensis.The results showed that the osmotic regulators(SS,SP,PRO),malondialdehyde(MDA)and antioxidant enzyme activity(SOD,POD,CAT,APX)all showed an increasing trend with the aggravation of low temperature stress,reaching the maximum at T2.But the enzyme activity began to decrease at T3.In conclusion,Chirita liboensis can adapt to low temperature environment by increasing osmotic regulators and antioxidant enzyme activity.When the temperature is below 5℃,the plant will be damaged.
