摘要
孕甾-4-烯-3,20-二酮是雌性生殖系统中最重要的孕激素之一,也是合成类固醇激素的重要中间体,目前的合成工艺存在收率偏低、杂质含量高、副产物多、能耗大等缺陷。本文介绍了目前国内外该化合物合成技术的最新进展,分析了7条合成路线,讨论了各合成方法的优缺点,并对其合成技术的发展作了展望,对孕甾-4-烯-3,20-二酮的绿色合成工艺改进具有重要指导意义。
Pregn-4-ene-3,20-dione is one of the most important progestogens in the female reproductive system and an important intermediate for the synthesis of steroid hormones.The current synthesis process has some defects,such as low yield,high impurity content,many by-products and high energy consumption.In this paper,the latest progress in the synthesis technology of this compound at home and abroad was reviewed,seven synthetic routes were analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of each synthesis method were discussed,and the development of synthesis technology was prospected,which has important guiding significance for the improvement of green synthesis process of progesterone 4-ene-3,20-dione.
