摘要
设计了一种用于无人机回收伞的“钳式”分离机构,对10 g回收过载状态下结构整体进行有限元静力分析,其各部分强度安全系数达到1.5倍以上,比同重量等级“钢球式”分离机构性能有明显提升。结果表明,“钳式”分离机构能更好地满足无人机回收使用要求。
In this paper a plier-type separation device is designed for the UAV recovery parachute.Finite element analysis is performed on the whole structure with 10 g recovery overload.The results show that the strength safety factor of each part has increased by more than 1.5 times,and the performance has been significantly promoted compared with the steel-ball-type separation device of the same weight.In conclusion,the plier-type separation device is a better choice for the UAV recovery parachute.
