摘要
国六法规加严了燃油系统的蒸发排放要求,新产品上公告时常常发生结果不合的现象。研究了燃油系统的制造装配、整车背景HC化合物排放、炭罐脱附量、加油特性等方面对蒸发排放性能的影响,相应提出一些处理措施。通过验证,这些措施有效的排除了非燃油系统设计因素的影响,从而顺利通过公告试验,节约试验费用及周期。
The new regulations have tightened the limit on the evaporative emission of the fuel system,which results in frequent failing when new vehicles are applying for the certificate.This paper studies the influence of fuel system manufacturing and assembly,background HC hydrocarbon emission,desorption capacity of carbon canister,and refueling characteristics on the evaporative emission,and provides some solutions to these problems.Through verification,the solutions can effectively eliminate the effect of other elements except the fuel system,so that the vehicle can pass the evaporative emission test successfully with lower cost and less time.
