摘要
阐述供电企业多营业厅协同运营管理体系创建的背景,建立多营业厅的主要方式,提出提升供电企业服务质量,建立智能化的运营模式。
This paper expounds the background of the establishment of multi-business collaborative operation management system of power supply enterprises,the main ways of establishing multi-business,and puts forward to improve the service quality of power supply enterprises and establish an intelligent operation mode.
