This paper expounds an intelligent substation relay protection misoperation event caused by human misoperation,analyzes the event process,fault causes and secondary safety measures,puts forward the on-off sequence of goose and SV pressing plates during equipment maintenance,focuses on the anti misoperation strategy,puts forward the anti misoperation processing steps,and analyzes the typical accidents based on the anti misoperation strategy,proves the feasibility of anti misoperation strategy.
