Considerations on Construction of High-standard Farmland Under Rural Revitalization Strategy

本文阐述了当前我国高标准农田建设面临的挑战,明确了当前发展形势下我国高标准农田建设工作存在的种种问题,从强化高标准农田建设规划、确保高标准农田建设工作的多样化开展、整合建设专项资金及后期管护运营4个方面详细分析了乡村振兴战略下高标准农田建设的改革措施,以期为高标准农田建设提供参考。

This paper expounded the challenges faced by high-standard farmland construction in our country,and clarified various problems existing in high standard farmland construction under the current development situation.The reform measures of high-standard farmland construction under rural revitalization strategy were analyzed in detail from four aspects:strengthening the planning of high standard farmland construction,ensuring the diversified development of high standard farmland construction,integrating special construction funds,and conducting the later management and maintenance operation,in order to provide reference for the construction of high-standard farmland.
