精细化理念应用于量化医院医疗设备维修保养管理的研究

Practical research on the application of delicacy concept in the maintenance management of medical equipment

目的:探索精细化管理理念应用于量化医院医疗设备维修保养管理的效果。方法:选取医院临床在用的196件医疗设备,按照管理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组98件。对照组采用常规管理理念及方法;观察组应用量化精细化理念及方法,从培训科室工作人员、建立精细化医疗设备管理制度、定期培训设备管理人员、定期检查库存和科学分配维修工程师5个环节进行干预。对比两组维修及消毒情况、医护人员医疗设备知识掌握程度和使用人员满意程度。结果:观察组故障维修率低于对照组,设备完好率和消毒清洗合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=16.324,x^(2)=16.028,x^(2)=17.548;P<0.05);观察组设备使用的医护人员基础使用知识评分、常规维护知识评分和清洗消毒知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.684,t=6.856,t=7.120;P<0.05);观察组设备使用总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=21.374,P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理理念应用于医疗设备维修保养管理,能降低设备故障维修率,提高设备完好率和消毒清洗合格率。

Objective:To explore the practical effect of application of the delicacy concept in the medical equipment maintenance management.Methods:A total of 196 pieces of medical equipment in clinical use were selected and divided into a control group and a test group according to different management methods,each with 98 pieces.The control group adopted the conventional management concept and method,and the test group applied delicacy concept and method and carried out intervention from five steps,including training department staff,establishment of delicacy medical equipment management system,regular training of equipment management personnel,regular check of inventory and scientific assignment of maintenance engineers.The maintenance and disinfection,medical equipment knowledge of medical staff and the satisfaction of users between the two groups were compared.Results:The failure maintenance rate of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the equipment intact rate and disinfection and cleaning qualified rate were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=16.324,x^(2)=16.028,x^(2)=17.548;P<0.05).The scores of basic use knowledge,routine maintenance knowledge and cleaning and disinfection knowledge of medical staff in the test group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.684,t=6.856,t=7.120;P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=21.374;P<0.05).Conclusion:The delicacy management concept applied in medical equipment maintenance management can reduce the equipment failure rate,improve the equipment integrity rate and disinfection and cleaning qualified rate.
