床边X射线摄片机定时曝光装置的研制

Development of timing exposure device for bedside X-ray radiography

研制一种由电源、AT89S51单片机控制系统、继电器1、继电器2、数码显示管、蜂鸣报警器、时间上调和下调键、启动和复位键(或遥控触发模块)等8部分组成的床边X射线摄片机定时曝光装置,通过程序设计,可在床边X射线摄片检查中实现定时曝光、报警提示和无线触发等优势,以改善传统曝光延长线使用中的不足,减少医务人员受到的辐射伤害。

A timing exposure device for bedside X-ray radiography composed of power supply,AT89S51 of single chip microcomputer control system,relay 1,relay 2,digital display tube,buzzer alarm,time up and down keys,start and reset keys(or remote trigger module)was developed.Through program design,the advantages of timing exposure,alarm prompt and wireless trigger can be realized in bedside X-ray examination,so as to improve the shortcomings in the use of traditional exposure extension cord and reduce the radiation injury to medical staff.
