Discussion on Countermeasures of the Development of the Real Estate Appraisal Industry in the Post-COVID-19 Era--Analysis Based on Porter’s Five-Force Model

新冠肺炎疫情的冲击,使房地产评估行业的内外部环境发生了新的变化,行业发展面临新的挑战。本文从分析疫情对行业的影响出发,同时运用波特五力模型分析了这种影响对行业内部竞争的作用,进而提出了在后疫情时代房地产评估行业发展的应对策略。

The impact of the COVID-19 has caused new changes in the internal and external environments of the real estate appraisal industry,so the development of the industry is facing new challenges.Starting from the analysis of the impact of the COVID-19 on the industry,this paper uses the Porter’s Five-Force Model to analyze the effect of this impact on internal competition in the industry,and then proposes the countermeasures for the development of the real estate appraisal industry in the Post-COVID-19 Era.
