百万级ISC型间接空冷机组循环水系统水锤分析和防护研究

摘要 针对表凝式间接空冷循环水系统的特点,结合工程实例,应用一维流体分析软件PIPENET对某百万机组表凝式间接空冷循环水系统进行仿真建模。对四台水泵同时事故停机、四台水泵同时运行一台水泵事故停机工况进行仿真研究,分析水泵出口阀不同的关闭规律下的水锤防护效果,论述表凝式间接空冷循环水系统的水锤防护方法。 According to the characteristics of indirect dry cooling system with surface condenser(ISC),combined with the engineering example,the one-dimensional fluid analysis software PIPENET was used to simulate and model the surface condensing indirect air cooling circulating water system of the million units.In this paper,the working conditions of four pumps stop and one pump stop were simulated,the protection effect of water hammer under different closing rules of pump outlet valve was analyzed,and the protection method of surface condensing indirect air cooling circulating water system was discussed.
