摘要
江苏作为我国用电大省,有利于新能源的建设、消纳,但受制于环境、土地等因素制约,江苏风电场、光伏电站主要建设在苏北的盐城等地区,而江苏负荷主要集中在苏南地区。风电、光伏大规模开发建设给电网输电通道带来很大压力。新能源发电具有一定的随机性,通过大量数据统计分析,得出风电、光伏出力特性以及风电-光伏-负荷时序耦合系数。
As a major power consumption province in China,Jiangsu is conducive to the construction and consumption of new energy.However,restricted by environmental and land factors,jiangsu wind power plant and photovoltaic power station are mainly built in Yancheng and other areas in the north of Jiangsu province,while the load of Jiangsu province is mainly concentrated in the south.With the large-scale development and construction of wind power and photovoltaic,great pressure is brought to the transmission channel of power grid.Due to the randomness of new energy generation,the output characteristics of wind power and photovoltaic power as well as the time-series coupling coefficient of windlight-load are obtained through statistical analysis of a large number of data in this paper.
