摘要
幼儿园教师对学习品质的理解状况,影响着他们对幼儿学习品质培养的探索,进而影响着幼儿学习品质的发展。为了了解幼儿园教师对学习品质的理解现状,本研究以问卷调查为主、访谈为辅,调查当前教师对学习品质以及幼儿学习品质培养的理解情况,揭示出教师对学习品质的一些误解。研究发现,教师在理解上存在的问题有:将学习品质概念与其他名词相混淆,将学习品质内容要素理解为五大领域中的具体能力或技能,孤立地理解学习品质各要素,将学习品质与成人主导情境相联系。本研究进而就如何改善教师对学习品质的理解和培养提出了建议。
Preschool teacher*s understanding of approaches to learning afiects their exploring the cultivation of approaches to learning and even the development of children's approaches to learning.In order to investigate the current situation of preschool teachers*understanding of approaches to learning,this study,mainly using questionnaire and supplemented by interview,investigates teachers'understanding of approaches to learning and the cultivation of children1 s approaches to learning,and also their misunderstanding.The current problems include teachers'confusion of the term definition with other terms,the content elements being understood as specific abilities or skills in five major fields,and associating approaches to learning with adult-dominated situations.The study also provides some suggestions on how to improve teachers*understanding and cultivation of approaches to learning.
