摘要
针对液氮补给装置的数据采集需求,在VS2010环境下设计开发了基于Modbus RTU协议的数据采集平台,通过RS-485串行总线标准,实现串口Modbus协议主站与ADAM4117数据采集模块的通信。通过对数据采集平台上位机软件的仿真与调试,最终实现实时读取液氮液位、温度和氧气浓度数据。经过测试,该平台运行稳定、可靠,能实时准确地采集数据。
In view of the data acquisition requirements of liquid nitrogen supply device,a data acquisition platform based on Modbus RTU protocol was designed and developed under VS2010 environment,and the communication between serial Modbus protocol master station and ADAM4117 data collection module was realized through RS-485 serial bus standard.Through the simulation and debugging of the upper computer software of the data acquisition platform,the data of liquid nitrogen level,temperature and oxygen concentration can be read in real time.After testing,the platform runs stably and reliably,the collected data is accurate.
