临床合理用药咨询在医院药事管理工作中的应用效果

Study on the effect of clinical rational drug use consultation in hospital pharmacy management

目的探讨临床合理用药咨询在医院药事管理工作中的应用效果。方法将2018年1月~2019年12月医院开具的1000张处方及涉及这1000张处方的12名药剂师纳为研究对象,其中2018年1月~2018年12月开具的500张处方作为对照组,2019年1月~2019年12月开具的500张处方作为观察组。医院于2019年1月开始开展临床合理用药咨询,比较在开展临床合理用药咨询前后处方不合格率及不合格发生原因;比较抗生素使用情况;比较临床合理用药咨询对12名药剂师药学知识掌握的影响;比较患者对处方的满意度。结果观察组处方不合格率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组抗生素使用率、抗生素不合理使用率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施临床合理用药咨询后12名药师职业考核得分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组处方满意度为(8.69±0.55)分,对照组处方满意度为(7.96±0.86)分,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院开展临床合理用药咨询,有助于提升处方质量,降低处方不合格率,并且有益于药师药学知识的学习、掌握;此外开展临床合理用药咨询也得到了患者的认可。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical rational drug use consultation in hospital pharmacy management work.Methods 1,000 prescriptions in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 and the 12 pharmacists involved in from these 1,000 prescriptions were included in the study,of which 500 prescriptions prescribed in year 2018 were as the control group and 500 prescriptions prescribed in year 2019 to 2019 were as the observation group.Our hospital started to carry out clinical rational drug use consultation in January 2019.The Unqualified rate of prescription and their reasons,the usage of antibiotics,the influence of clinical rational drug use consultation on the pharmacy knowledge mastery of 12 pharmacists patients'satisfaction with prescriptions were compared before and after carrying out clinical rational drug use consultation.Results The Unqualified rate of prescription of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antibiotic utilization rate and irrational antibiotic utilization rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The professional assessment scores of 12 pharmacists after the implementation of the establishment of clinical rational drug use consultation were higher than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prescription satisfaction score of the observation group was(8.69±0.55),which was statistically different from that of the control group(7.96±0.86)(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of the hospital clinical rational drug use consultation helps to improve the quality of prescriptions,reduce the unqualified rate of prescription,and beneficial to the pharmacist's pharmacy knowledge learning and mastery,and get patients’approval in addition.
