区块链技术在社会治理多元主体应用中的现实逻辑与实践路径

The practical logic and practical path of blockchain technology in the application of multiple subjects of social governance

从马克思主义理论发展要求、经济分工方式在社会治理中的应用以及提升决策的合理性等角度,阐释社会治理多元主体的历史发展逻辑。从提升社会治理多元治理主体能效、重构多元治理主体之间的信任关系、稳固多元治理主体之间的权责界限3个维度,讲述了区块链技术在社会治理多元主体应用中的现实逻辑。构建与多元主体相匹配的区块链理论体系,即将区块链与社会治理多元主体相匹配,从账目维度、开放性维度、自治性维度、智能合约等维度描述。最后,对我国社会治理体系提出一点启示。

This paper expounds the historical development logic of multiple subjects in social governancefrom the perspective of the development requirements of Marxist theory,the application of economic division in social governance and the rationality of decision-making.This paper describes the practical logic of blockchain technology in the application of multiple subjects of social governance from three dimensions:improving the energy efficiency of multiple subjects of social governance,reconstructing the trust relationship between multiple subjects of social governance,and stabilizing the boundaries of rights and responsibilities between multiple subjects of social governance.Build a theoretical system of blockchain matching with multiple subjects,that is,match the blockchain with multiple subjects of social governance,and describe it from account dimension,openness dimension,autonomy dimension and smart contract dimension.Finally,this paper puts forward some enlightenment to our social governance system.
