摘要
随着我国经济与产业的快速发展,产业哲学对产业发展规划的指导意义逐步凸显。当前学界已逐步建立起产业哲学理论体系,但仍存在学科边界混淆、理论分析框架缺乏等问题。通过系统梳理产业哲学的概念边界,提出产业哲学应遵循“认知一知识一实践”路径,助力产业规划实现可持续发展。根据“十四五”期间产业结构转型升级的政策思路,产业哲学对产业发展规划系统的作用机制应包括推动先进生产力发展;辅助新兴产业成长;重视“华为制”生产方式;分析国际产业转型总体趋势;和促进产业活动中人、社会与自然和谐共生五个方面,在产业哲学理论指导下进行产业发展规划系统的良性构建。
China's economy and industry are experiencing high-speed development.Philosophy of Industry for industrial development gradually becomes significant.This paper reviews on the development of Philosophy of Industry in last decades.It is pointed out that the theoretical system of Philosophy of In-dustry has been preliminarily established.However,there are still gaps and challenges,such as the confusion of discipline boundary,the lack of theoretical framework,and the weakness of disciplinary com struction.The research on Philosophy of Industry should follow the path of “cognition-knowledge-practice”,combining the industry progress with the sustainable development of human,society and nature.With the consideration of industrial structure transformation policy that launched during the 14th Five Year Plan,this paper figures out five aspects to embed the Philosophy of Industry with industrial development,including promoting the development of advanced productive forces,focusing on the evolution of e-merging industries and the inspiration of Huawei mode,rethinking the overall trend of international industrial transformation,improving the harmonious development of human beings,society and nature in industrial activities.This paper expounds the policy meaning of Philosophy of Industry and provides a new perspective for industrial development planning and policy practice.
