人才培养与科研诚信之张力的系统反思

A Systematic Reflection on the Tension Between Talent Cultivation and Scientific Research Integrity

EJ益突出的科研诚信问题,如学术失范行为与科研不端行为给当前社会所带来的危害有目共睹,不管是从道德层面还是法制层面来说,科研诚信都是当前不容忽视的一个社会热点问题。当前国家加大了对大学中各类科学研究的投入力度,由此大学中的各种科研行为对国家和社会的影响也逐年增强。大学正迅速成为国家科技创新,尤其是基础研究的主力军。据此,本文把大学的人才培养与科研诚信建设相结合起来,找到一个适当的切入点,从科研不端的定义、现状调查、原因分析及防范措施等方面来系统地反思人才培养与科研诚信的现状。

The increasingly problems of prominent scientific research integrity,such as academic misconduct and scientific research misconduct,that has brought extremely harms to the current society.Either from the moral level or the legal level,scientific research integrity is a hot issue that cannot be ignored.Education is the foundation of scientific research integrity construction.With the substantial increase of national and social investment in university scientific research,universities play an increasingly prominent role in the whole scientific research activities,and scientific research activities have a growing impact on society.Universities are rapidly becoming a main force in national scientific and technological innovation,especially basic research.Therefore,this paper combines the talent cultivation in universities with the construction of scientific research integrity,whichfinds an appropriate entry point,and systematically reflects on the current situation of talent cultivation and scientific research integrity from the aspects of the definition of scientific research anomie,current investigation,reasons and preventive measures.
