摘要
为有效解决混流装配企业关键零部件由多供应商直供线边,而缺少与生产相适应的动态期量标准导致库存高等难题,以农机制造企业为研究对象,提出基于JIS-VMI的供应商直供线边准序化物料配送策略。从供应链系统视角,均衡供应商和制造商成本,考虑多供应商按比例供货的复杂性和生产时序性,以准序化和齐套配送等为约束,以供应链物流成本为优化目标,建立与混流生产相适应的供应商直供线边物料配送动态期量优化模型。采用改进遗传算法,求解最优动态物料配送期量以及VMI库存量标准。通过实例应用,验证了模型与算法的有效性。为实现混流装配企业供应商物料配送准序化与标准化提供理论依据。
To solve the problem that the key materials of mixed-flow assembly enterprise are delivered to production line by multi-suppliers,but lack of dynamic delivery intervals and batch which are suitable for the production rhythm,and causes high inventory,this study used the example of an agricultural machinery enterprises and proposed a strategy of supplier deliver material to production line based on JIS-VMI.To balance supplier and manufacturer costs,considering the production scheduling and complexity of multi-supplier proportional supply,an optimization model of dynamic delivery intervals and batch was established from the perspective of supply chain system.The purpose of this model is to minimize the total cost of supply chain logistics under certain constraints——such as punctuality and delivery completion——and to adapt to the mixed-flow production rhythm.The optimal delivery intervals and batch and VMI inventory standard were determined by improved genetic algorithm,which were coordinated with the manufacturerJ s production planning sequence.The feasibility and effectiveness of model and algorithm are verified by the example.It provides a theoretical basis for realizing the punctuality and standardization of supplier material distribution in mixed-flow assembly enterprises.
