Design and Implementation of Mobile Convergence Management Platform APP for Radio and TV Station

本文基于北京广播电视台移动融合管理平台"北京广电"APP的搭建,详细介绍了"北京广电"APP的建设背景、设计思路,以及加速融合的技术创新。通过对基于移动APP的业务模式与传统广电业务模式进行对比分析,详细阐述了如何利用技术创新解决媒体融合中存在的业务流程不一致、业务系统难融合、移动化转型艰难等痛点,认为通过搭建移动化融合管理平台可以有效促进人员融合、数据融合,以及业务融合。

Based on the construction of "Beijing Radio and Television Station application"( BRTV APP), a mobile integration management platform of Beijing Radio and Television Station, this paper introduces in detail construction background and design ideas of BRTV APP, as well as technological innovation to accelerate integration. By comparing and analyzing business model based on mobile APP with traditional radio and television business model, this paper elaborates how to use technological innovation to solve such problems in media convergence as business process inconsistency, business system incompatibility, difficulties in mobile transformation and so on. It is considered that building a mobile integration management platform can help promote integration of staff, data and business.
