摘要
承担多项兴利任务的水库需根据不同任务绘制对应调度线,多级调度图的编制尚未有统一明确的方法.依据径流资料和综合任务进行长系列兴利调节计算,根据排频结果确定允许破坏年份,折减次要任务兴利流量以满足高保证率任务要求,采用上包线的方式选取上、下调配线,采用下包线作为限制供水线,提出基于改进长系列法的水库多级调度图编制方法.选取某南方流域水库为例,该水库承担供水和灌溉综合利用任务,结合任务主次和设计保证率等,完成多级调度图的编制.改进方法解决了破坏年份选取不合理和分界调度协调复杂的问题,可在达到设计保证率要求的同时降低破坏深度,避免人为修改调度图的随意性,有效提高多级调度图编制的准确性,并可为不同调节性能水库的调度图编制提供参考.
To compile a multipurpose reservoir operation chart,the operation rules curves should be drawn according to different tasks.To unify the compilation method of multilevel reservoir operation chart,a new method based on the improved long series is proposed.The optimization regulation is calculated based on the runoff data and comprehen-sive utilization regulations,and the broken year is determined using the frequency calculation.To meet the require-ments of a high assurance mission,the utilizable discharge of the secondary task needs to be reduced.In the reservoir operation chart based on the improved long series method,the upper envelope line is used to illustrate the upper and lower limits of operation rule curves,and the lower envelope curve is used as the limited water supply line.A reser-voir in the southern basin of China used for water supply and irrigation is selected for a case study.Combined with the task priority and design guarantee rate,the multilevel scheduling chart is completed.The complex problem of the unreasonable choice of failure years and boundary dispatching coordination are solved by the improved method,which can reduce the failure depth while reaching the design guarantee rate.The freeness of artificially changing the operation chart was avoided,and the chart can be drawn successfully in one time,enhancing the accuracy of effec-tively compiling the multilevel scheduling chart.This method can be used as a reference for the compilation method of operation charts of reservoirs with different regulating performances.
