本科刑法实践性教学模式现状分析与路径探索

The Current Situation Analysis and Path Exploration of Undergraduate Criminal Law Practical Teaching Mode

当前我国法学本科"刑法学"课程的实践性教学模式并不能很好满足法学本科专业人才培养的现实需要。解决问题的路径在于:在反思与完善现有的"刑法学"案例教学、刑事模拟法庭、刑事法律诊所等教学模式的基础上开拓创新,积极探索出并实践好刑事案例库教学、刑法体验式教学和刑法移动课堂等新模式。

At present,the practical teaching mode of criminal law in China’s undergraduate law course can not meet the practical needs of talent training for undergraduate law majors.The way to solve the problem lies in:on the basis of reflecting and improving the existing teaching modes of Criminal Law,such as case teaching,criminal mock court and criminal law clinic,we should explore and practice the new teaching modes of criminal case base,criminal law experiential teaching and criminal law mobile classroom.
