摘要
加强电动汽车与能源网络融合应用,推动车网互动(V2G)产业快速发展,对于能源低碳化转型、保障国家能源供应安全、促进电网高质量发展具有重要意义。国外在车网互动实践应用方面做出了有益的探索和实践。本文通过文献调研法、案例研究对全球典型V2G项目进行深入分析,研究发现V2G逐步向清洁化、低碳化、数字化、平台化方向发展,大中型车网互动平台运营商作用开始凸显,“网络经济”特性逐步显现;推动国内V2G有序发展,需进一步优化完善市场准入与激励机制,规范运营模式、融入数字化技术、推动政企联合。
Strengthening the integration of electric vehicles and energy networks,and promoting the rapid development of the vehicle-network interactive industry,are of great significance to the transition to low-carbon energy,ensuring the security of national energy supply,and promoting the high-quality development of power grids.The research method of this paper is literature investigation and case study.It is found that the development of V2G towards cleanness,low carbon and digitization.The role of V2G platforms is becoming more prominent,and the characteristics of"network economy"are gradually emerging.It is suggested that the market access mechanism and incentive mechanism should be further optimized,the operation mode should be standardized,digital technology should be incorporated,and the government-enterprise allianee should be promoted.
