摘要
在推进数字化转型的过程中,很多企业遭遇“概念的迷雾”,阻碍了相关工作的开展,采用控制论的基本思想,贯通自动化、信息化和智能化三类工作,解释了人工智能各学派之间的关系:从计算机系统看,传统的自动化和信息化功能是相对分离的工业互联网的广泛应用,密切了两者的联系。这引发了企业管理能力的增强、商业模式的改变、创新能力的增强。结合国内外企业的实践,解释了不同企业在推进数字化转型中的差异性,便于企业根据自己的实际情况找到合适的切入点。
In the process of promoting digital transfomiation,many companies encountered"the concept of fog",which hindered the development of related work.The foundational theory of cybernetics is adopted throughout three jobs of automatization informatization and intellectualization,and the relationship among the schools of artificial intelligence is explained.In the computer system,the traditional automatization and informatization functions are relatively separated.The wide application of industrial Internet has closely linked the two functions.It leads to the enhancement of enteiprise management capability,the change of business modes,and the enhancement of innovation ability.Combining the practice of domestic and foreign enteiprises,the differences between different enterprises in promoting digital transformation are explained,so that enterprises can find a suitable entry point according to their actual situation.
