摘要 针对某无缝钢管厂步进梁式加热炉控制系统中出现设备故障率高以及产线生产效率低的问题,经过对原有的系统和设备的分析,采用多级网络控制技术对原有系统进行升级改造。将Modbus、Profibus-DP和Profinet相结合,使现场设备层、车间监控层和企业管理层之间能更好地进行生产数据的交互,实现了新旧设备网络的统一化运用冗余网络技术和虚拟局域网(VLAN)技术提高网络的可用性和信息的安全性。用模糊比例积分微分(proportional integral differential,PID)控制算法替代传统PID控制算法,对炉温进行控制、通过仿真,检验了模糊PID控制和传统PID控制的差异,证明了模糊PID控制拥有更快的动态响应、更小的超调,并且拥有更好的自适应性。该设计对钢厂自动化系统的改造设计有一定的参考价值,可以极大地提高管理人员监控调度的效率和企业的收益。 Aiming at high failure rate of equipment and low production efficiency of the production line in walking beam type reheating furnace control system of a seamless steel pipe factory,the original system is upgraded by using the multi-level network control technology,after analyzing the original system and equipment.By combining Modbus,Profibus-DP and Profinet together,the production data exchange between the field equipment layer,the workshop monitoring layer and the enterprise management layer can be better,and the unity of the old and new equipment network is realized.Redundant network technology and virtual local area network(VLAN)technology are used to improve the availability of network and information security.The fuzzy proportional integral differential(PID)control algorithm is used to replace the traditional PID control algorithm to control the furnace temperature.The difference between the traditional PID control and the fuzzy PID control is verified by the simulation,and it proves that the fuzzy PID controller has faster dynamic response,smaller overshoot and better adaptability.This design has a certain reference value for the transformation and design of the steel mill automation system,which can greatly improve the efficiency of the management personnel monitoring and scheduling and the profit of the enterprise.
