摘要
针对电子装备制造企业生产过程中异常问题不能及时反馈和处理等难题,提出一种新的异常管理方法。该方法通过系统分析目前电子装备生产企业在异常管理方面的不足,提出组建生产现场质量小组,分析生产异常数据,搭建各加工单位异常管理组织架构及建立异常管理例会制度。实践证明,该企业异常管理制度方案从根本上消除了生产停滞及质量隐患问题,大幅提高了企业生产效率。
A new abnormal management method is proposed that aims at the problem that the abnormal problems in the production process of electronic equipment manufacturing enterprises cannot be fed back and dealt with in time.The method systematically analyses the current shortcomings of electronic equipment manufacturers in abnormal management,proposes to establish a production site quality team,analyses production abnormal data,builds an abnormal management organization structure for each processing unit,and establishes an abnormal management regular meeting system.Practice has proved that the enterprise exception management method proposed in the article has fundamentally eliminated production stagnation and hidden quality problems,and has greatly improved enterprise production efficiency.
