介绍了某军工电子企业质量成本管理的背景、面临的问题和解决的途径,描述了该企业质量成本管理模型和主要做法,重点阐述了质量损失的统计、分析和改进过程。通过近几年的管理实践,该企业的质量管理水平和产品质量水平逐年提升,验证了质量成本精细化管理的有效性。
This paper introduces the background,problem and solutions of quality cost management in a military electronic enterprise,describes the quality cost management model and main practices,and focuses on the quality loss statistics,analysis and improvement process.Through management practice in recent years,and the quality management level and product quality level of the enterprise have been improved year by year,the effectiveness of quality cost refined management has been verified.
