主动配电系统参与日前电能量市场的聚合模型 被引量:3

摘要 为了充分利用主动配电系统中分布式能源的灵活性并使之能参与电力市场,主动配电系统有必要等效为一座虚拟电厂。该文基于主动配电系统作为虚拟电厂参与日前电能量市场的场景建立聚合模型,并提出了一种不依赖日前市场信息便可计算虚拟电厂功率上下限、爬坡率和成本曲线的方法。该方法首先构建优化模型获得虚拟电厂功率上下限、爬坡率和分布式发电机的安全调度功率范围,然后根据分布式发电机和主动配电系统的特性获得虚拟电厂的成本曲线。通过该方法获得的参数,可以同时保证虚拟电厂的市场竞争力和满足配电系统的潮流约束。最后,通过输配联合系统的2个算例验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。 In order to make full use of the flexibility of the distributed energy resources in an active distribution system and enable them to participate in the electricity market, it is necessary for the active distribution system to operate as a virtual power plant. Based on the scenario of an active distribution system participating in the day-ahead energy market as a virtual power plant, this paper establishes an aggregation model and proposes a method to calculate the upper and lower power limits, the ramp rate and the cost profile of the virtual power plant without depending on the day-ahead market information. This method first constructs an optimization model to obtain the power limits and the ramp rate of the virtual power plant and the safe dispatching power range of the distributed generators, and then obtains the cost profile of the virtual power plant according to the characteristics of the distributed generators and the active distribution system. The parameters obtained in this method can simultaneously ensure the market competitiveness of the virtual power plants and meet the power flow constraints of the distribution system. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by two case studies of the transmission and distribution coordination systems.
