摘要 双重化继电保护装置可靠性分析直接考虑核心元器件失效模式,将造成模型转移状态个数爆炸,分析困难。针对上述问题,考虑了核心元器件的硬件失效、软件失效以及人因失效模式,建立了含CPU插件、电源插件以及其他插件的30状态双重化继电保护装置简化Markov模型;进一步,基于灵敏度定量分析了失效模式对双重化继电保护装置可靠性的影响;最后,通过可靠性和灵敏度分析了继电保护装置单套装置与双重化的可靠性差异。 When the reliability analysis of the dual relay protection devices directly considered the core components,there would be failures in over hundreds of the model transition states, a rather difficult situation to analyze. To deal with the above problem, this paper proposes a simplified 30-state Markov model for dual relay protection devices considering the hardware, software and human failure modes of the core components, with the CPU plug-in, the power plug-in and other plug-ins. Furthermore, as for the sensitivities, the influences of the failure modes on the reliability of the dual relay protection devices are quantitatively analyzed. Finally, the differences between the single and the dual relay protection devices are compared through analyzing their reliability and sensitivity.
