职业性噪声暴露对劳动者高血压影响的研究进展

Research progress on effects of occupational noise exposure on hypertension in workers

职业性噪声接触人数多,分布广,可对劳动者的健康产生严重威胁。近年来,职业性噪声暴露对劳动者血压的影响受到了国内外研究学者的关注。我们拟从职业性噪声暴露对劳动者血压影响的机制以及流行病学研究进展两个方面对以往的研究进行综述,并对今后的研究前景进行展望,以期为职业性噪声暴露对劳动者血压影响的早期预防提供依据。

The number of workers exposed to occupational noise is large and widely distributed,which can pose a serious threat to the health of workers.In recent years,the impact of occupational noise exposure on blood pressure of workers has attracted the attention of researchers at home and abroad.We intend to review the previous studies from two aspects:the mechanism of the effect of occupational noise exposure on blood pressure of workers and the progress of epidemiological research,and prospect the future research,so as to provide the basis for the early prevention of the effect of occupational noise exposure on blood pressure of workers.
